Competences
Every sphere of activity (SoA) referring to a job profile, can be associated with a list of competencies characteristically required to cope with professional tasks, assignments, problems, and challenges that arise in the corresponding professional field.
According to what has been said so far, competencies can be grouped into: professional competencies (job-specific or hard), methodological competencies (transversal cognitive or meta-cognitive) and personal and social competencies (transversal non-cognitive).
